There is a reason I created the H.O.M.E. offer. Oftentimes we wonder how some people seem to have it all together. We might even feel jealous or envy them. This is often followed by feelings of guilt and shame when we start to look towards ourselves. Comparison is a thief of our confidence. Lack of confidence is pulling us down a vicious spiral we often don’t know how to get out of. Often, to a point, we don’t even remember why and how we got in.

You’re already part of the lucky ones if you know that you’re in it because some don’t even realize it. Here are the principles that are the FOUNDATION of my new offer which has the mission to make you feel like home in your body. It’s the only home that is going to unconditionally give your soul shelter in this lifetime. We just might as well make it feel cozy and beautiful.

First off:

Everyone is on their own personal journey and you always have a choice on your thoughts and reactions

H.O.M.E. stands for

  • Happiness

  • Ownership

  • Mindfulness

  • Exploration

Before we dive into what role they specifically embody, here a little personal note:

My mission is to empower and support wonderful(l), curious women to start feeling home in their bodies. A lot of us feel MISERABLE on the inside and we try to NUMB that pain and suffering with superficial things. We chase for attention or we completely lock ourselves out of society. A society which is imposing us how to look, what to eat, where to go on vacation, how to decorate our home (fill in the gap with even more reasons).

While this is all nice and fun, if you don’t know the very specific reason you’re piling up on another makeup palette, another pair of shoes, another fancy jacket, etc., chances are you’re trying to balance out some INSECURITIES.

“It makes me feel good” ain’t a reason, it more often is an EXCUSE. We’re constantly being influenced by our peers and media that we might feel like an alien once we start to become AWARE. Things get even more complicated when we grow up among different cultures. Everyone sticks to their beliefs and opinion that it leads to an IDENTITY CLASH within us.

We grow up, live on our own, maybe have a relationship that looks great from the outside but doesn’t feel fulfilling. We can not explain why but something is OFF. We might look at some pictures from our childhood and ask ourselves “where has this fierce and playful girl gone?”. This is very common and you are certainly not alone on this boat.

At some point, we get this feeling that we need a CHANGE. A drastic change! But because this seems so daunting and scary (and crazy), we push it away. I agree it is daunting and scary…and crazy. The reason why is, because it is UNKNOWN. And our mind doesn’t enjoy the land of the unknown. It likes DATA. If we don’t feed it with data, it will send its dear friend fear to “keep us safe in the known”. If that means feeling unwell, then that’s the price we’re willing to pay. How SILLY, don’t you think?!

Lady, it really doesn’t need to be this way. Here are the principles that can support you in setting the foundation on:

Happiness

At the end of the day, every single person on this planet wants to be HAPPY. But what does that actually mean? The answer might not please you that much: it’s up to YOU to find out what it means. Happiness is a CHOICE that only you can define.

Think of Happiness as being the core of an onion. An onion has layers, right? In order to get to the core, we need to peel back some LAYERS. First is, of course, defining what these layers actually are, so that we can start peeling. And yes, you might cry while doing this.

Now that you defined them, are you aware of what has been holding you back from being just happy? As a certified Happiness Coach and having joy as a constant resource (how lucky can one girl be?), I am all in when it comes to finding your happy spot!

  • What are the layers that are keeping you from being truly joyful?

  • Are old belief patterns keeping you back?

  • Is it fear of rejection?

By working together, I am going to guide you all along the way to make sure you’re peeling off the layers and handing you virtual tissues to dry those clearing tears.

Ownership

Challenges are all over and owning your true being can quickly turn into our BIGGEST challenge.

It’s time to own your sassy, kind, fierce, wonderful, beautiful being. It is also time to STOP letting fear run on autopilot. It is more than time to own the fact, that Challenges are always coming. You are POWERFUL beyond measure and there is no real reason to let fear rule your life. Fear is an emotion that is here to keep us safe in times of danger. Ask yourself: are you in life-threatening danger?

The antidote to fear is knowledge. Start to investigate the depths of your soul:

  • What fears do you have?

  • Where do they come from?

  • When did they first come up?

  • Why are you still holding onto it?

  • Are you afraid something might change?

If you are afraid of change, please know, that the only true certainty we face in life is Change. Every Change gets really messy, and every change goes through the same pattern. At some point, you will forget why you wanted to change and not push through it at all.

We all go through it. Every single person has some weight carrying around. Start working those trust muscles to shift your mindset of fear to a mindset of “I am figuring this out".

And because it’s challenging it’s always more than beneficial to have someone who gets you and holds you ACCOUNTABLE to keep going (someone like me for example, ahem ahem). Someone who wants to see you happy and owning the fact that you are unique and just full of WONDERS, yes YOU!

Mindfulness

Mindfulness often seems like a big word once you start unfolding it, but it actually is a very simple principle.

You might or might not yet be familiar “Freud’s Iceberg Theory”. Let’s break it down. The Theory shows our 3 levels of CONSCIOUSNESS. Yes, we’re complex beings. The levels are:

  • The Conscious

  • The Subconscious

  • The Unconscious

The Conscious is the part that executes. It’s the part of us that people see and that we like people to see. Everything below is what people don’t see, what we don’t want people to see, and: what we need to EXPLORE.

We come on this earth as total open and perfect beings until we’re able to capture what our surroundings, caretakers impose onto us. EVERYTHING then is stored in our cells. Our mind might have stored and locked some information away from us, but our body NEVER forgets. Our issues are in our tissues.

If there is something that keeps triggering you, then something might have happened in the past that has been causing you pain.

Everything we do in life is because we either move towards PLEASURE and JOY or to move away from PAIN. By being mindful, we allow ourselves to let things happen and not judging them. By the way, judging is very low energy, that feeds our EGO. People who feed their ego by judging others and/or circumstances are acting out of assuming they’re better than others. FYI, we’re all made of stardust, so next time someone judges you, say thank you and move on. You’re welcome!

Exploration

As human beings, we are programmed for EVOLUTION. We would not be here if our ancestors would not have been explorers. So please, move on with exploring. There are so so so many things/moments/people waiting for you out there!

Every single moment that we experience is unique on its own. Start seeing things with a beginner’s mind and be OPEN to what can happen.
